Dye Metering

EGM has experience constructing dye preparation and feed systems for various paper and board manufacturing applications that include neat dye dilution, dilute dye metering, and as-received dye dosing.

Systems can be built on-board backup pumps for continuous run time and high turnover carrier water systems for fast and efficient color changes. Control panels designed and constructed by the on-site EGM Automation division can be configured with intuitive operator interface for fast and simple equipment operation or can be configured for complete control by end user supervisory DCS or PLC for seamless integration with the papermaking process.

As with all EGM designed systems, only proven and reliable components are used, and systems are constructed for easy maintenance.
