About EGM

EGM opened its doors in the year 2000 in Mobile, Alabama. Since then, it has grown to operate three different divisions that provide a wide range of products and services for industrial, municipal, and large commercial clients.

EGM Chemical and Process Equipment

This division provides design, construction, startup, and repair services for skid-mounted process equipment. Integrated mechanical, electrical, and process engineering capabilities along with CAD design services allow the EGM team to construct systems to either customer provided details or tackle a project from design phase through fabrication.

EGM Automation and Controls

This division provides electrical control panel design and fabrication services. Motor starter panels, drive panels, timer panels, IO cabinets, and PLC based systems can be constructed using a wide range of components either specified by the end user or left to EGM’s discretion for the “best fit”. The on-board staff of PLC programmers and technology integration specialists are versed in programming many brands of hardware and can incorporate connectivity to end-user supervisory control systems using traditional, hard-wire methods, network communication, wireless, and cellular based devices.

L&L Process Solutions

This division serves as an authorized distributor and manufacturer’s representative for many of industry’s most well-known brands. The broad scope of supply includes everything from pipe, valves, and fittings to instrumentation, automation, and special use industrial products. A dedicated staff of inside sales, outside sales, and product specific experts help provide value-added solutions to customers operating in many different industries including pulp and paper, ship-building, chemical manufacturing, petroleum, steel manufacturing, and power generation in the Gulf Coast region.
